Peanut butter/honey/toast is a pretty good combo (a drizzle of honey, not nearly this much), I like to add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. This would taste good but the crackers are completely unnecessary, just toast the bread for some texture.

In all fairness, I’ve learned not to judge someone’s comfort food, because they may end up judging mine. I ate pickle and potato chips sandwiches with mustard and ketchup as a teen, washed down with a cold Yoo-hoo. Now if he was serving this to guests – different story.

I was scrolling by fast and thought they were banana slices. Nothing wrong with banana slices and honey or whatever that is on bread thought I, fixing to make a side eye at op for judging the bf’s fine and okay and normal enough meal. But nay, at second looking I become aware that it is biscuits on bread. Biscuits on a bread! It is not right. The excess of starch will make the reflux acidic!
But then, there are them who top their bread with a nother bread so I’ve heard. They call it a “sammitch” or some such and it apparently is deemed acceptable to eat one. What is the world coming to
